Life Coaching with Sunada

The theme that's emerged for me this month is about exploring and becoming more who we really are. It can be scary as hell to think about putting ourselves out there for all the world to see. But this is what I feel compelled to work toward in all aspects of my life: my Buddhist practice, my work as a life coach, and as a singer.

Maybe you're in a similar place -- looking for ways to express more of your inner self as you live out your daily life. If so, perhaps I can be of service with my coaching. I practice what I preach, as they say. To learn more about my coaching, or to schedule a complimentary session, visit my website at www.mindfulpurpose.com.
