Whether you’re a beginner or experienced meditator, we can incorporate meditation into your coaching process. Although the practices I teach come from the Buddhist tradition, my approach is practical, non-religious, and applicable to everyone regardless of spiritual orientation. Integrate it with coaching sessions
I can provide one-on-one instruction during our coaching sessions for learning specific meditation practices or guidance on your existing practice. My focus is primarily on the Mindfulness and Loving-kindness practices, but we can certainly discuss others as well.
