Meditation

Whether you’re a beginner or experienced meditator, we can incorporate meditation into your coaching process. Although the practices I teach come from the Buddhist tradition, my approach is practical, non-religious, and applicable to everyone regardless of spiritual orientation. Here are some of the possibilities.

Integrate it with coaching sessions

I can provide one-on-one instruction during our coaching sessions for learning specific meditation practices or guidance on your existing practice. My focus is primarily on the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana (development of loving-kindness) and their variants, but we can certainly discuss others as well.

Take an online course

In addition to life coaching, I also regularly teach online meditation courses at Wildmind Buddhist Meditation. These four-week courses are offered at four levels ranging from introductory to advanced. If you’re interested in learning meditation, these courses will give you a more complete experience than you could get from a brief weekly phone conversation. New sessions typically begin on the first Monday of every month.
