		<description>I wish I could have read and, probably more importantly, comprehended the salient point of this piece about 10 years ago! 
I&#039;ve spent an awful lot of time and energy looking for a solution to a whole string of anxieties and neuroses, and blaming them on all sorts of external factors. Then it slowly began to dawn on me that it might be more useful to focus on the fear itself - rather than the perceived causes of that fear.
When you look fear firmly in the eye and acknowledge it for what it is, then just get on with whatever you&#039;re trying to achieve, it&#039;s amazing how quickly the fear recedes.</description>
